RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For height adjustable desk 3-year warranty, the motor and mechanical parts of your purchase are entitled to exchange if they are found to have a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing, material or workmanship defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and evidence of the defect. Note that due to its material, the tabletop is subjected to expansion and contraction as a natural response to changing temperatures, which could result in cracking and uneven bumps on the surface. As such, replacement is only available if the tabletop is found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email/whatsapp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price via the original method of payment. Customer shall bear any transaction fee imposed by the payment gateway. We have the right to refuse or cancel order and provide a refund at any given time without prior notice or explanation.
To return your product, you should mail you product to our office. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
